Return, Exchange/Refund Policy 

Refund and exchange policy.

When placing an order please refer to our size chart to ensure you're ordering the correct size. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on ordering the wrong size, changing your mind or an unwanted gift. We do NOT under any circumstance accept returns on hijabs (headscarves) for hygiene reasons.

Your legal rights as a consumer: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

We have a 7-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange for a VALID reason, i.e. damaged product or defective product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return/exchange is accepted, you are responsible for covering the cost of your return/exchange. We strongly suggest using a tracked method of postage to ensure the item reaches us safely, we are not liable nor responsibly for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In the rare incident where a product has been sent faulty, we will provide a full refund within 7-10 working days upon returning the item.
